Pale ales and IPAs are at their best at 7-10°C, and for traditional British ales it's 10-13°C. Amber’ ales are one member of the wider ‘pale ale family’, which is a beer style characterised by the use of pale malt and hops. Heavy - Active for much of the day, walking non-stop and carrying objects. Typical jobs: hospital/ward nurse, waitressing in a busy restaurant, cleaner, porter, labourer/construction worker, gardener, farm worker. So, if you're having a light summer dish, choose a light beer to drink with it – a beer that's too heavy can overwhelm the flavours in your food. Very clear, good amount of carbonation and, with the right pour, a pretty nice head. All in all, what you’d expect from a decent amber ale.
